It's a puzzle

I must confess that I'm puzzled,  how anyone could walk in these, the Lanvin Puzzle Wedges...

With a wooden platform coming in at over 5 and a half inches high, I doubt I could even stand up in them. But after watching her practice yesterday, I'm sure certain they would be walk in the park for our  en-point Queen Michelle...
