With flood warnings in place and the puddles growing deeper by the day, it was looking like I was maybe going to have to become a stilt-walker to even get up my path.

How much better would it be, to maybe just skip through those puddles in a pair of wedge wellingtons.

Who else but Hunter could come up with the perfect pair to do just that...

And lucky for me, I can get my soggy little paws on a pair for only £64.99 from here

Just as well, I wouldn't have lasted a minute on stilts before I fell face first into the puddles from a great height...
