cool, calm and collected...

I don't think I have ever used the word 'calm' to describe a sandal before.

Until today that is.

When I came across these flatforms on asos the other week, I thought they were quite the most serene sandals I have seen in many a long day.

I'm not sure what it is about them that conveys these qualities. Maybe it's the spare simple elegant lines or the subdued colour palette. But whatever it is, it works, for this is footwear to be

I'm thinking the asos design team must have felt the same way as they named it 'wistful'

Is that not the best name for a sandal ever.
