Heavenly Angels

Angel Jackson has made an appearance on this blog many times (featured in outfit posts here, here,  here, here) because the bags are utterly gorgeous. The label, designed by sister duo Katie and Millie, won the Topshop New Designer Award in its first season, and offers a perfect mix between lady-like elegance and rock star edge.

Whenever I carry my little Angel Jackson Atomic bags I feel really grown up. They seem to pull together even the scruffiest of outfits.

For SS14, the label continue with their signature shapes but have injected some beautiful shades of pastel into the mix and have introduced some new models, such as the Petra and the Startlet, which look like something Janet Leigh would have carried in Psycho - sure, it's lady-like verging on prim on the outside, but inside there hides a stolen $40,000. Naughty and nice.

It also comes as a clutch bag.

These bags would perfectly compliment my Bassike look I showed you yesterday which I hope to explore.

Also new are the slouchy totes in the bold chevrons.

The Atomic bag continues too, but has evolved into the Starlet satchel, as well as the shoulder bag. The plain black and beige versions are elegant and timeless while the metallics bring the edge.
