When things are grim, you have to celebrate small victories wherever you find them. Sometimes that could even be just getting up, getting dressed and facing up to another day. QM and I are going through the wars this weather so this pin from Meg and Harri over at Merrimaking made me smile.

To be honest all of their things make me chuckle. We featured them on the blog away back when they started in 2009.Their clothing and accessories are gender neutral and inspired by playful ideas.

At uni they made and wore Animal Hoods for parties, and to unite friends at festivals, now here they are 7 years on and Merrimaking plays host to an entire wardrobe of playful ideas...

I've saved the best for last, this dog party sweatshirt, perfect for a puppy pest like Michelle. No dog escapes her attention...
