the cold shoulder...

The older you get, the shorter the list becomes of body parts that you are quite happy to get out in the fresh air. As you all know I favour being swathed in black layers with not an inch of flesh showing but if I absolutely, positively had to show something, I would go for my shoulders. I actually still quite like them.

This 'cold shoulder' dress is from the Pre fall 16 collection for Whistles which is filled with wearable pieces.

All a little tasteful, grown up and groomed for me but they will doubtless sell by the bucketload...

For Queen Michelle how about this  printed slouchy jumpsuit. I'm loving the contrasting band at the bottom of the legs...

My favourite piece is literally the cats pyjamas. This outfit looks like something that Katherine Hepburn would wear in a witty exchange with Cary Grant...
