Absence of noise...

When it comes to accessories and interiors I fall firmly into the "more is more" camp.

Scarves, necklaces - chuck them on in threes. Cushions - throw so many on the couch that there is hardly any room to sit on the damm thing. I'm messy and I'm noisey.But at the weekend I came across the most stunning necklaces that could make me rethink my approach ( for a while at least)

Absence of Noise is a jewelry brand founded in Copenhagen by fashion designer Lizette Snorgaard. Her work is characterised by a structured, reductive and modernist aesthetic, drawing inspiration from geometrics, nature and architecture.  Lizette  started her career in fashion design, creating acclaimed collections in her own name. Then seeking new challenges and inspirations, she has moved on to focus her efforts on Absence of Noise and the world of handcrafted jewelry design.

All Absence of Noise pieces are handcrafted in Copenhagen. Pieces range from minimalist pendant necklaces and broches to sharp rings and eye-catching cuffs. Using fine materials such as sterling silver and gold plated silver, as well as hand-turned amber from the Danish west coast.
