It's no secret how contrary we are in The Kingdom. So on the hottest day of the year, I'm going to show you some parkas.

Not just any old parkas. Parkas to make your heart beat faster. Parkas that will break your heart because you will never own one of these haute couture creations

Damm you to hell Viktor and Rolf for making something so wonderful.

Ribbons, tulle and shiny buttons - nothing makes Queen Michelle and I happier. Throw in some sequins and crystals  and you have pieces that I would do almost anything to get my hands on!!!

This is the Vagabonds haute couture collection for Fall 16 and I think it may be one of my favourite collections EVER...

This collection was craft taken to dizzy new heights. Where they literally used remnants and rags to create riches. It saw them take everyday base layers handwoven with leftover fabrics, boosted with swirling tulle volumes and embellished with heaps of hardware and buttons. Jeans and army jackets never looked so luxe. If the artful dodger had a very rich girlfriend she would be all over these...

“It feels good, like a new start,You look at the past in a neutral way. Everything becomes equal in this new texture.” 

Needless to say I would happily be a luxurious little chimney sweep given half a chance. Although I bet some of these with a ton with all the buttons.
