Miista and I, as you might know, go back a long way together. They were one of the earliest brands to see the value of engaging with bloggers as a way to help grow their business. The combination of the vision of early blogging pioneers and brands like Miista, who understood we were doing something game-changing and tapped into that, saw the brand benefit from a targeted audience and the bloggers value from unique content. It was a beautiful thing.

Since then, they have gone from strength to strength, and whilst their work with bloggers is less now than before, they continue to use social platforms in clever and engaging ways.

Their latest collection, Harmattan is, for me, the best one yet. Knot details, tribal style prints, felted wool and gemstone applique pepper this gloriously lush collection. Inspired by the Tuareg tribe, and the deserts in which they live, the collection is Miista at their textural best.

I have the pleasure of owning the Priyanka, with it's leather knot detail and squared off toe. Isn't she just beautiful? I've worn them every day since I got them and can honestly say they are some of the comfiest shoes I have ever worn.
