The marvel of marivee...
Vassiliki Roussou is a Greek accessories-designer and creator of the fashion brand MARIVEE. Born in Athens in 1992 ( oh lordy, I've got coats that are older than her) she obtained her Bachelor degree in kindergarten teaching and has been working as a model since 2011. Ever since, she has build up a strong portfolio and collaborations with many of the most established and upcoming Greek designers, photographers and stylists as well as various international designer brands. Her work experience along with personal incentives gave her valuable insight for the fashion industry.
She creates clothes, bags and jewellery that appeals to my inner hippy. I may try to keep it in check but basically I would like to try on every single thing on her site...
MARIVEE products are handcrafted in Greece. Real leather, precious stones, unique fabrics, textures and surprising combinations form the brand’s character. All made with a lot of personal care and high quality, for a unique and confident woman, manifesting Vassiliki' s unique point of view. I can't say how much I adore this yellow and silver pony skin bag and snow white necklace. If I had spotted them before Christmas they might have been my present to myself...
From an early age she used to craft various accessories along with her mother, either for personal use or as gifts for their friends, receiving enthousiastic feedback for their creations. Over the years her passion and curiosity for fashion, design and styling kept growing and she decided to kick-start her own company in order to make her own way into the world of fashion. Twice a year since 2015, Vassiliki designs and produces a unique variety of bags, jewelry, hats, kaftans and surf cases.
More than anything it makes me wish I could still wear earrings. especially these hese massive shoulder grazing creations ...
I think though that I need to succumb to this lucky necklace. I adore the stitching and the dusty pink velvet. The fact that there is a little deer attached is just a delicious bonus.
Now can anyone tell me what the shipping form Greece is like?
