How we love Threefloor in the Kingdom. Exquisite tops, skirts and dresses that won’t cripple your credit card, with most dresses coming in under £400. Everything is so beautifully made and feels much more expensive. Between this brand and Self Portrait I feel you really don’t need to go anywhere else to fill your wardrobe with beautifully crafted frocks.

Threefloor also do colour and black equally well in my opinion.

I was recently talking with a follower on Instagram about how tricky it can be to be goth/rock when you reach 50 and over. No one caters for alternative people in that age group. For me, the best approach as your reach your twilight years as a goth is to make friends with the elegant lace dress. I call it Glossy Goth. Lace dress and red lips will serve you well at any age. You can wear the look with heels or your biker boots, it works for either. Threefloor have gorgeous black and navy lace dresses that would work perfectly for this kind of glossy goth approach.

I desperately want this dress. At £265 it’s not out of reach. If I have any rich benefactors out there, I’m a size 10!
