PomPomtastic

Many birthdays ago, Queen Marie and I decided we’d make each other’s birthday gifts. It was a good idea and very well intended until Queen Marie tried to make a pompom, then we realised our dearest Queen isn’t entirely the craftiest gal as the poor wee pompom looked half starved. So we sorta ditched the hand made rule, although I actually really enjoy making things for Queen Marie so I have maintained it, hence the array of felted animals and paintings that find their way into her home.

Queen Marie doesn’t have to master pompoms as someone already has, namely FatPomPoms.

FatPomPoms make the most cheerful jewellery out of, you guessed it, pompoms. Her headbands however are by far my favourite pieces, especially the creations featuring tulle pompoms. I think I need one of these in my life.
