To the moon and back...

I’ve been in a very late 90’s headspace this week.

It was all kicked off by seeing this glorious glorious dress again from Moon Young Hee.

I love it even more from the back.

It was part of her Spring-Summer 2019 collection shown in Paris in 2018

Strangely, I also can’t stop thinking about Kevyn Aucoin. He would have loved this collection. I can just imagine the make up he would have created for it.

I don’t know about you but time is becoming really warped in my head just now.

Last year feels like 10 years ago and 20 years ago feels like yesterday.

I love her work. She’s very low key. Since settling in Paris in 1996 she is best known for manifesting Korean ideas in a modern form

This collection featured technical materials and asymmetric cuts in soft color palette infused with shades of red, yellow and metallics. Just wonderfully wearable.
