Tall For Fall

With autumn arriving with a bang here, my thoughts are about tall boots. My Givenchy boots have certainly reignited my appreciation of a good knee length boot as the styling opportunities are extensive.

The tall boots I have are ones which have iconic status such as Rick Owens’ leather thigh highs or Isabel Marant’s famed fringed suede boots. They are special and treasured and give me so much joy when I wear them. And they never date.

But there is an new icon in the making.

The long boots from Louis Vuitton FW21 collection. Holy crap! These are insanely beautiful. I dread to think how much the cost but bet your ass these will have iconic status and well deserved. They are breathtakingly beautiful. A heady mix of classic and edgy.
