Winter Wishlist
Since I’m the first to blog this year, let me take the opportunity to say that I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and let’s hope 2022 is marginally better than last year! It’s not off to great start though, let’s be honest, with the virus showing no signs of letting up. Like everyone else, I’m utterly sick to the back teeth of it.
Like the last 2 years, I don’t leave the house much, except to get some food shopping, but I still need to be warm so I ended up getting a Diesel jacket I’d wanted for a while as it’d gone on sale for half price. I haven’t received it yet but of course I will share an outfit as soon as I do.
There are so many styling opportunities with this jacket but if money were no object I’d wear it with these amazing Chloe X Moonboot snow boots, Junya Watanabe skirt and Ugg gloves.
The Chloe boots in particular are glorious. I have a pair of Isabel Marant suede ‘Nowles’ boots that are very similar and I have worn them nearly every day for years - even in summer - but they could do with a rest. The Chloe boots are over £500 though, however there is a See By Chloe version at a very reasonable £285. Could be a future purchase for sure.
