Hooray for Holly...

 

 It was so lovely to hear the cheers for Holly Fulton as she showed her Spring Summer 14 collection at Somerset House. Her love of art deco was combined with 70's glamour to create a wonderful collection that simply made me smile just looking at it.

The show opened with a sea of blue denim dresses embellished with Fulton's signature art deco motif before moving onto glorious full length maxi skirts some of them covered in shimmering tangerine goldfish. Chrysanthemum covered sweatshirt dresses and astonishing fret-cut cork dresses made you want to reach out and touch them while the Swedish Hasbeen shoes and Cutler and Gross glasses were the perfect addition to create the seventies feel.
