Snow Business
Glasgow got it first snowfall of the season at the weekend. It's a small amount of snow, but it's better than no snow at all.
So what better time to break out this gorgeous little jacket and skirt set by Hungarian designer, Anna Daubner, since they are part of her wonderful AW15 collection, entitled, Ski Trip? She referenced old photos of family ski trips and the clothing they wore to create the ski inspired capsule collection. This does take me back to the 80's when we wore ski jackets with these kind of patterns and textures.
In the case of this bomber jacket, Anna doesn't just talk the talk, she walks the walk too as the jacket is actually fleece lined and incredibly warm. I've been wearing it as a top too, under a bigger coat to keep me extra warm in these below zero temperatures we've been experiencing.
I also broke out the new Marni shoes for the first time. Rather ironically, they turned up the day I got made redundant, making that day both wonderful and horrific all at the same time!

The other peices in the collection are equally cute, with a stunning embroidered coat being my favourite item in the collection.
