bob and sofia...

Normally when you read about Kartell on KOS, I am gushing with praise about one of their creations. But today I'm wondering if Kartell have gone a little crazy. £182 for a pair of wellington boots! Even if they do look like loafers.

The Demi Sofia is an ankle boot based on the Sofia boot, with the same tapered foot, 5 cm wedge heel, side tabs and, naturally, the same soft plastic material, and opaque upper in contrast with the heel. Suitable for all day wear, Demi Sofia ankle boots work well with jeans, a mini-skirt and cigarette trousers. The Demi Sofia is also available in a Metal version.

Much as I admire the shiny lines, I couldn't justify paying that even on the rainiest of days...
