all the pretty flowers...

We have a big big weakness for florals here in The Kingdom.  Queen Michelle like to pair hers with stripes, while I like to pile on floral scarves. When I counted I had four on yesterday!

The piling it on approach must have been to the forefront of the creative team who have put together the Uniqlo x Liberty collection. For the launch images, they didn't just pile on the flowers, they heaped them on. Flowers upon flowers upon flowers.

At first thought these two companies seem at polar opposites style wise. Yet somehow the busy pretty prints work perfectly on the simplicity of the Uniqlo garments. The SS16 Liberty for Uniqlo collection launched yesterday online and  in store, the same day as the refurbished store at 311 Oxford Street relaunches as a global flagship.

If this doesn't make you smile on this sunny Saturday there's a problem...
