The perfect black blazer

Not quite as elusive as the perfect black jeans but none the less it’s something I’ve been searching for for a along time. It musn’t be too office-y, so nothing fitted at the waist. It should be boxy and quite loose but perfectly tailored at the shoulders and slim along the arms. My ideal blazer would also be not quite black. A very dark charcoal. I’ve yet to find it of course. I have 4 blazers in my wardrobe currently -

all fine enough but none perfect. This outfit of t-shirt. blazer, PVC trousers and vertiginous heels isone you’ve seen variations of countless times over the years. Sometimes the tee is a band one, sometimes the blazer is sequinned and sometimes the PVC is red, but the formula has been a style constant for me.
