Ruffle Up

Give me a puffy sleeved white dress with a high collar and I’m in heaven. I have a few variants of this dress theme in my wardrobe, all of which have been getting the extra ruff addition, for added drama. This Zara dress feels like it should be by Chloe as it’s such good quality. It’s my current favourite dress. The sleeves are perfectly puffy and the lace reassuringly weighty.

And of course, doesn’t it look soooo much better with the ruff?

I must apologise for the so few words in my posts lately.

Boredom is really starting to get the better of me and finding the energy to do things is depleting by the day. I enjoy styling up outfits and wearing them to flounce around the house but honestly, that’s as much as I can muster and even then it’s only once or twice a week now.

The lockdown experience is different for everyone. I’m used to working from home, but I’m never without things to do. I have meetings, calls, designing websites or brochures or doing photoshoots and when work is quiet I am at the gym or in town. I’m a busy person. So I feel I’ve gone from 100 down to 0 and I’m not finding it easy.

The temptation is to just climb into my PJs and stay in them but I refuse to succumb, so twice a week there will an outfit over on Instagram which, as always will get shared here too.

I should also tell you this won’t be the last time you see this neck ruff, so get used to it kiddos.
