Hope you are all holding up okay.

Here we are, more than halfway through April and so far Our Frannie and I still holding pretty firm onto our no shopping embargo. Although I have to confess, that I am being severely tempted at the thought of a new perfume to spray on to lift my spirits every morning.

I hadn’t heard of ffern before.

They produce Small-batch organic eau de parfum. Handmade in England and delivered on Solstice and Equinox. The artisan perfumes are blended four times per year for the names on their production ledger. Which basically means you have to sign up in advance for the next batch. They are priced at £59 which for something this unique is pretty fair. When you receive the bottle it also comes with a small 2ml tester bottle. So if it’s not for you, you can return the big bottle.

Cleverly they also create a small archive that lets you purchase one from a previous season. I was very glad to discover that, as I think that Autumn 19 is the one for me. I’m going to try and resist but if I cave in, I shall let you know how it all works out…
