Saint Laurent The Menace

After a fair few years of existence - 46 so far - you get to know the things in life you need and what you don’t. You’ve pretty much settled into a simplified mindset which can be summed up as; “this is something I like” or “this is bullshit and if you don’t remove it my hormones will make me kill you”.

So imagine my surprise when Saint Laurent showed me something I had no idea I needed - Dennis The Menace wool shorts. Yet, here I am, needing some Dennis The Menace wool shorts. Well, colour me shocked.

The collection itself is typical Saint Laurent and aside from the red and black shorts, I actually love so many of the looks here. A myriad of shorts worn with luxe jackets. I especially love the knee high boots to balance out the shorts. You know of course I’ll be looking to create some version of these looks myself.

I always feel with Saint Laurent that you can recreate the feeling of each collection using charity shop and vintage finds.
