The Ottoman Dandies

For SS2020, Turkish designer Dice Kayek create a stunning collection of Ottamn inspired pieces that have me reaching for all my overized white dresses again, of which I have plenty. I’ve been in desperate need of distraction as my brain is running at 100mph with nothing good, and creating outfits for Instagram is currently what’s giving me any kind of joyful thing to focus my energies on. Dice Kayek is bringing it with this collection, which isn’t even her latest one, just the one that is currently providing me with lots of inspiration.

If Kayek is known for anything it’s her masculine tailoring so a collection filled with such pretty whimsy is refreshing. Of course the collection was tempered with some tailoring but still in keeping with the dandie aspect of the collection.
